HOW DOES IT WORK?

Enter you pet's name on the appropriated field "ENTER YOUR PET'S NAME". It won't display on product.

Step 2
Simply upload a HIGH QUALITY image of your pet.  Make sure it's a clear image and it's been taken on the highest quality setting of your camera.  Your pets face MUST be clearly visible and it helps if they are looking at the camera, or close to it.  Also, your pet shouldn't be too far away from the camera.  We are unable to accept poor quality images as we won't be able to print and give you an excellent end result.

Step 3
Our expert designers will work to get your pet inside our special designs.  Our designers create each design individually to get you the best results!

Step 4
Your design goes to our special printing process and on to the ceramic ornament.

Step 5
We aim to have your ornaments designed and produced within 3 business days.  We then package and deliver to you as quickly as possible.  All deliveries are sent from our Detroit, MI facility and are with you within 1 to 7 days after shipment.  You receive tracking.

No, the designs of this specific product were created to feature 1 pet only.

WHAT MAKES A GREAT PET PHOTO FOR THIS PRODUCT?
It helps to have your pet looking at the camera and if your pet isn't too far away in the photo.  Please also try to make sure the photo isn't blurry, or your pet isn't blurry in the photo.  It also helps to have your camera set to the highest quality setting.  The better the quality, the better it will look on the final product!

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We manufacture and send your ornaments from right here in the USA!  As our designers have to edit your photo and we make each item individually, it does take a little longer than a standard product.  We aim to have the whole process complete and your order dispatched within 3 business days.  We use UPS to send your order, which takes between 2 and 7 days for our standard shipping.
