Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Taxes and Custom Order Terms & Conditions

SALES TAXES RELEVANT TO YOUR STATE AND COUNTRY
We are required to collect and remit Sales Tax (VAT, GST and other relevant taxes). These taxes are added to orders depending on the location of delivery and are calculated automatically at checkout and shown clearly at that point.

WHERE WE'RE BASED
Winston & Bear is an Australian seller (Byron Bay / Mediapedia). Pet sticker / decal orders for Australia are shipped from Australia — typically delivered within 7 days. Other products (mugs, clothing, custom) may ship via print partners and take longer.

SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and product. Where tracking is available, you'll receive a tracking number once an order is dispatched. Timeframes below are business days and depend on the products ordered and your location.

Australia pet stickers: 1 or 2 stickers = A$14.99 each + A$10 shipping. Any 3 = A$29.99 including free AU shipping.

Holiday periods
Holiday periods get busy and carriers can take extra days. We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Standard products (non-custom)
An example of our standard products are our pet decals. We ship these as quickly as our fulfilment partners allow.

Clothing, mugs and custom products
Delivery times for these items vary. Assuming high-quality artwork is submitted, designing, printing, and packing can take several working days before dispatch. The guidance above should be used as a guide only.

These times can increase during busy periods — we prefer to spend a little extra care on your design than rush a job.

Please note that mugs and clothing can also take longer to dispatch due to supplier lead times.

Multiple shipments
Some orders ship when each product is ready, meaning we may send your order in multiple shipments.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our design team uses best efforts to crop, remove backgrounds, sharpen and lighten uploaded images. Customers must ensure photos uploaded for printing are of sufficient quality. We cannot be held responsible for low-quality uploads. Please contact us at support@winstonandbear.com with your photo if you have questions prior to ordering.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not accept returns due to incorrect colour, design or size selections. We stand by the quality of our products and will replace any items that are damaged or contain a manufacturing defect. Please direct any questions to our Contact Us page.
