HOW DOES IT WORK?

Step 1
Enter you pet's name on the appropriated field "ENTER YOUR PET'S NAME". It'll replace "Rupert's".

Step 2
Select your favorite design. We have 16 amazing designs to choose from.

Step 3
Choose the text to put into the mug. You can choose from either "Mom", "Dad", or "Best Friend".

Step 4
Simply upload a HIGH QUALITY image of your pet.  Make sure it's a clear image and it's been taken on the highest quality setting of your camera.  Your pets face MUST be clearly visible and it helps to have its legs or paws out.  It's also helpful if they're looking at the camera.  We are unable to accept poor quality images as we won't be able to print and give you an excellent end result.

Step 5
Our expert designers will work to get your pet inside our special designs.  Our designers create each design individually to get you the best results!

Step 6
Your design goes to our special printing process and on to the mug.

Step 7
We aim to have your mug designed and produced within 4 business days.  We then package and deliver to you as quickly as possible.  All deliveries are sent from our Detroit, MI facility and are with you within 1 to 7 days after shipment.  You receive tracking.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN 1 AT A TIME?
Yes, it's very easy.  Once you've added your first design to the Shopping Cart, simply click back to the product page and repeat the process.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PET IN THE SAME DESIGN?
Yes, we can do our best but remember the size of each pet will not be the same as if you had just one in the design.  We still recommend 1 pet per design.
